Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Verification: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and account verification (KYC). You must submit valid Indonesian identification (KTP) when requested.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access our Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and up-to-date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password and keep it secure
• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to maintain security. rp99k is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to your negligence.

3.3 Account Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

rp99k accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• All deposits are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• Deposited funds are immediately available for wagering upon successful processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from any source without explanation.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Verification Requirement: Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members may receive priority processing in 2-6 hours.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rp99k and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or bank failures
• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

rp99k provides the Platform and Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our licensing jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

9.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

9.2 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Modifications to Terms

rp99k reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
